Kseniya Ustalova

Xenija Ustalowa Alexandrovna (Russian Ксения Александровна Усталова, English transcription Kseniya Ustalova, . Born January 14, 1988 in Sverdlovsk ) is a Russian sprinter who specializes in the 400 -meter run.

In 2010 she became Russian Champion and won the Super League athletics team championship.

At the European Championships in Barcelona, she won silver in the individual competition and Gold with the Russian team in the cast Anastasia Kapatschinskaja, Antonina Kriwoschapka, Ustalowa and Tatjana Firowa in the 4 x 400 - meter relay. At the World Indoor Championships in 2012, she won the Russian squadron bronze.
