Kyogle Council

- 28.65152.85Koordinaten: 28 ° 39 ' S, 152 ° 51' O Kyogle Council is a Local Government Area ( LGA) in the Australian state of New South Wales. The area is 3589 km ² and has about 9,300 inhabitants.

Kyogle is located in the far northeast of the state in the Richmond -Tweed region about 750 km north of the city of Sydney and 130 km south of Brisbane. The area covers 128 districts and towns, including Afterlee, Bonalbo, Old Bonalbo, Bottle Creek, Cawongla, Cedar Point, Dyraaba Creek, Eden Creek, Ettrick, Green Pigeon, Grevillia, Old Grevillia, Kyogle, Mallanganee, Mount Lion, Mummulgum, Rapp Ville, Tabulam, Tooloom, Toonumbar, Wadeville, Wiangaree, Woolners arm and part of Paddys Flat and Woodenbong. The administrative headquarters of the council is located in the town of Kyogle in the east of the LGA, where about 2,700 inhabitants.

Management

The Council has nine members of Kyogle, who are elected by the residents of three wards ( three each from A, B and C. Ward). These three districts are set independently of the villages. From the circle of Councillor also the Mayor ( Mayor ) of the Council recruited.
