Kyriakos Papadopoulos (Greek Κυριάκος Παπαδόπουλος, nicknamed Papa, * February 23, 1992 in Katerini ) is a Greek football player. He plays since 2010 in the German Bundesliga FC Schalke 04 at the position of central defender.

Olympiakos Piraeus

Papadopoulos played in his home town of Katerini in GAS Svoronos in the amateur league, before he signed a three-year contract in the summer of 2007 at Olympiakos Piraeus. On 2 December 2007, he had at the age of 15 years and 283 days as a substitute in a 3-1 win over Atromitos his first appearance in the Super League. He is the youngest player to have ever completed a competitive game in the top Greek league, also the youngest player to have played in the U-18 team Olympiakos. In September 2008, Papadopoulos signed a new contract with Olympiakos for three years.

FC Schalke 04

On June 23, 2010, he moved to FC Schalke 04, in which he signed a contract until 30 June 2014, which was extended ahead of schedule in June 2011 for a further year.
