Laag-Soeren

Laag -Soeren, Low Saxon: Leeg -Soeren, is a village in the municipality of Rheden in the Dutch province of Gelderland. The village has about 800 inhabitants, making it the smallest village of the municipality. It lies on the edge of the Veluwe, in the direction Eerbeek.

Near the village is the Elsberg, a 90 -meter-high hill. In the 19th century Laag -Soeren was the first spa in the Netherlands. Today, the spa facilities no longer exist.
