Lars Frederiksen

Lars Frederiksen ( born August 30, 1971 in Campbell, California ) is an American punk musician.

At the age of 18 years Frederiksen became a member of the English punk band UK Subs. After much back and forth, he joined Rancid (1994 ) to their receiving a second album Let 's Go.

2001 started Fredriksen a solo project under the name of Lars Frederiksen and the Bastards. The self-titled first album tells mainly of Lars ' childhood in Campbell. Published in 2004 the second album Viking.

In addition to Rancid and his side project Lars Frederiksen and the Bastards Rancid the mastermind is also heard on various features with other bands, for example, with the band The Unseen, where he took some vocals in the song We're all that we have. Also Frederiksen was seen in the video for The Spicy McHaggis Jig ( Dropkick Murphys ), as well as producer of their 1999 album, The Gang's All Here.
