Laufen Hut

The Loose cottage is situated on 1726 m altitude in the Tennen Mountains at the foot of Fritzerkogels in Salzburg. It operates as a self- catering chalet and is an important base for numerous climbing routes, sightseeing tours and transgressions, and for hikes on the high plateau of the Tennen Mountains and skiing.

History and technical equipment

The Loose lodge was built in the years 1925 and 1926 by the German and Austrian Alpine Club. It was first extended from 1952 to 1955 The current appearance. They received in the years 1997-2000, during which time the cottage has been extensively renovated, on and rebuilt. In addition, the power supply of the cabin was updated to the latest:
