Leo Falcam

Leo Amy Falcam ( born November 20, 1935 on Pohnpei ) is a politician of the Federated States of Micronesia.

He was from 1979 to 1983 Governor of Pohnpei. From 1997 to 1999 he was Vice- President and of 11 May 1999 to 11 May 2003, the fifth President of the Federated States of Micronesia.
