Liga Nacional de Hockey Hielo
The Liga Nacional de Hockey Hielo Top 6 is the highest ice hockey league in Spain and is subject to the Federación Española de Deportes de Hielo, a member of the IIHF. From the 2008/ 09 season took Anglet Hormadi Élite also a French team in the league founded in 1972 on the game operation part.

Season structure
Regular Season
Six teams play in round-trip round so that each team comes to a total of ten games. The encounters with Anglet Hormadi Élite only count for the so-called Campeonato Pirenaico (Pyrenees Cup), the playoff to the Spanish Championship shall not participate the French.
Playoffs
The top four teams will play in the semi-finals ( Best-of- Three), the two winners meet in the final also in a best- of-three play-off.
