This is a list of cities in Guinea- Bissau.

By far the largest agglomeration in Guinea- Bissau is Bissau with a population of 466 504 (as of 1 January 2005). In order for a third of the country's population in the capital region focused.

In the table are the cities of over 1,000 inhabitants, the results of the Census ( Census ) of 16 April 1979, a calculation for January 1, 2005, and the overall management unit ( region ), to which the city is listed. The capital Bissau is an autonomous sector and belongs to no region. The population figures refer to the actual city without suburban belt.
