List of trade unions in Germany. In the organizations mentioned in this list are organizations that have the goal to engage in any form for use by professional political interests of its members. Not all organizations are trade unions in labor law sense or claim to be so, or it is debatable whether they have the capacity as a union

In order to legally be considered a trade union in Germany, an organization must
