Lizzie Armitstead

Elizabeth " Lizzie " Mary Armitstead ( born December 18, 1988 in Beverley ) is a British racing driver who is successful on the track and road.

2005, aged 16 years, was Lizzie Armitstead World runner-up in the scratch in the junior competitions in Vienna. 2007 at the European Championships in Cottbus was she in this discipline European champion ( junior ) and second in the points race. At the European Championships ( junior ) 2008 Pruszków she won two titles in the scratch and in the team pursuit ( with Joanna Rowsell and Kathleen Colclough ) and a second place in the points race.
