Look at Yourself is the third studio album by British rock band Uriah Heep. The album was written under the influence of the first U.S. tour of the band, Ken Hensley is coming more to the fore. The keyboards in July Morning played Manfred Mann, the percussion in the title track came from musicians of the group Osibisa.

After the recordings, Paul Newton and Ian Clarke left the group. They were replaced by Mark Clarke and Lee Kerslake. Clarke was three months later replaced by Gary Thain.

The original LP from 1971, designed by Mick Box, is now a popular collector's item, since the viewer sees the album covers distorted in a mirror-like foil. And here there is a special feature: On the back of the cover, the drummer Ian Clarke is not mentioned, although it is clearly visible in the image.

Relying on July Morning has in Bulgaria since the mid-70s a tradition naturalized in the morning at a harbor or beach to experience each July 1 in Varna and other places the sunrise ( see main article July Morning ). This event is called in Bulgarian " Джулай " (Transcription for July, roughly " Dschulaij ").
