Loria (Buenos Aires Metro)

Metro Station Loria is a station on line A of the Subterráneos de Buenos Aires and is part of the section Plaza Miserere Rio de Janeiro, which was opened on 1 Abril 1914 as an extension. The metro station is located below the Avenida Rivadavia between the streets Calle Billinghurst / Calle Virrey Liniers and Calle Sánchez de Bustamante / Calle Sánchez de Loria. The street or the subway station is named after Mariano Sánchez de Loria, a priest, who represented the colonial province of Charcas in the Congress of Tucumán and signer of the Declaration of Independence was. Like the other stations on the line, got these two side platforms. As a characteristic color for the station furniture, columns and trim, a gray was chosen. The walls are white / tiled dam.
