Loris Karius

Loris Karius (born 22 June 1993 in Biberach an der Riss) is a German football goalkeeper. He is since 2011 the first FSV Mainz 05 under contract, and has won several German youth international.

Life

Karius came on 22 June 1993 in Biberach an der Riss to the world. He attended until 2009, the Pestalozzi -Gymnasium Biberach, after he joined the youth of Manchester City, he was taught by a private tutor after training.

Club career

Karius began when FV Biberach to football games. He then spent a year at SG Mettenberg and changed in autumn 2001 in the youth of the SSV Ulm 1846. National

Karius went through various German junior national teams, but was often in the shadow of Timo Horn, who is in the service of the 1st FC Cologne since 2002. His debut in the U-16 national team, he was on 16 September in a friendly against Belgium (5-0 ). Overall, he completed three games.
