Ludovic Butelle

Ludovic Butelle ( born April 3, 1983 in Reims ) is a French football player.

Career

The French goalkeeper started his career with the youth of the French first division club FC Metz. Butelle came in 2001 in the first team and played his first professional game on 2 February 2002 against Olympique Lyon (1:3 ) as the goalkeeper of the team, Jacques Songo'o, played at the African Nations Cup and the second goalie Johan Liebus was injured. In his second season 2002/ 03 he brought it already 20 games in Ligue 1 in the 2003/ 04 season, he completed 27 games for FC Metz.

In the summer of 2004 he moved to Spain with Valencia. He was next to Mora replacement goalkeeper Santiago Canizares of. In the first season he was loaned to Hércules Alicante, where he played five games in the Segunda División. His first game for Valencia CF, he completed on 19 March 2006 against Racing Santander (1-2). For the 2007/08 season he was loaned to Real Valladolid and in the following season at Lille. Prior to the 2009/10 season took him to the OSC Lille firmly under contract. However, since he did not come there to Mickaël Landreau over, he moved in 2010 to the second division relegation Olympique Nîmes. Since 2011 he plays for AC Arles- Avignon.
