Luigi Malice
Luigi Malice ( born 1937 in Naples, Italy ) is an Italian avant-garde artists.
Life
Malice was a student at the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples, where he attended courses by Emilio Notte. of great Bedeutung.Seine picturesque beginnings in 1960 reveal a figurative structure, which seems to be influenced by the direction Novecento. From 1968 Malice artistic interests were no longer from the contrast between light and color, but of light and shadow. This new form of art, " Topological Type ", abbreviated " Top Attraction ", lives from the effects exerted by the modulation of the shadow on the surfaces by the use of modeled, multilayer wood scaffolding, which, with a (mostly) white oilcloth -like sheet are plastic covered. Malices Top Art is the result of personal observation of contemporary fotokinetisch -visual research in Europe. On one hand, he looked from the creation of the shaped canvases of the Minimalists ( artists such as Enrico Castellani, Agostino Bonalumi or Simeti ) from the other, it was based on the original works of the artist Pino Pascali Puglia. By 2007, Luigi Malice was a lecturer at the Academy of Art in Reggio Calabria, from 1984 to 1989 its director.
His major exhibitions include the Palazzo Reale in Naples in December 1992 and the anthology exhibition in Reggio Calabria, " Luigi Malice.
