Luiz Gonzaga Bergonzini

Luiz Gonzaga Bergonzini ( born May 20, 1936 in São João da Boa Vista, † June 13, 2012 in Guarulhos ) was a Brazilian clergyman and Roman Catholic Bishop of Guarulhos.

Life

Luiz Gonzaga Bergonzini occurred in 1947 in the small seminary and later studied philosophy and theology as well as journalism. He received on 29 June 1959, the ordination. He was for 32 years a priest in São João da Boa Vista and pastor of the cathedral, vicar general of the diocese, a member of the Council of Elders and vice-rector of the diocesan seminary.
