Lunatica

Lunatica is a Swiss symphonic metal band from Suhr.

Band History

The foundation of this band was LCAU down in the winter of 1998 in Suhr in Switzerland by Alex Seiberl and Sandro D' when they wrote their first song lyrics. In 2001, Andrea Daetwyler came as a singer for the band. With her ​​debut album Atlantis was published in the same year. It was not until after Atlantis 's second album, Fables & Dreams followed. This was published along with producer Sascha Paeth on 16 February 2004 in Switzerland.

In August 2006 they released their third album, The Edge of Infinity, where she had worked since the winter of 2005. One of the highlights of this album is the voice of Dieter Meier ( Yello ) in the intro song. With their album The Edge of Infinity Lunatica managed for the first time in the Swiss charts. They reached number 76 and were able to stay in the Swiss charts a total of four weeks. On 27 February 2009, the fourth studio album New Shores has been published. As with the album The Edge of Infinity steered John Payne (ex -Asia ) in a song. Jimi Jamison (ex - Survivor ) another well-known artist working with on this album.
