Mack 10

Mack 10 ( born August 9, 1971 in Inglewood, California; actually Dedrick Rolison ) is an American gangsta rapper. He is the CEO of Hoo Bangin Records and was a member of the hip hop group Westside Connection.

Life

Mack 10 came as David Rolison in the social focal point of Inglewood, California, the son of an African American mother and a Mexican father to the world. He is a member of Queen Street Bloods. As a rapper he initially only in its local environment known, but his professional career began in 1995 when his own album appeared on the market. Previously, he was a member of the " Brokin English Klik " together with rapper and producer phase. Unusually, the album this is an East Coast rap album, though Mack 10 is actually a rapper from the West Coast. It was released on the New York label Wild Pitch. The whole album sounds like a typical East Coast album of the early 90s, which is very unusual for Mack 10. With the support of the West Coast rapper Ice Cube, and his single Foe Life Mack gave 10 gold status. In 1996, he joined forces with Ice Cube and WC Westside Connection, then they released an album together. In 1997, the song Foe Life in the movie Anaconda was heard, in which Ice Cube played one of the lead roles. After his second album Based On A True Story, which was released in 1998 and received gold status, he founded his own label Hoo Bangin Records. With the recession of the Gangsta Raps 1997, the career Mack 10s came to crumble, after which he could only reach his second album Gold status, but went under the later albums released in disinterest. As also the partnership with the label Priority Records crumbled, signed Mack 10 in the Dirty South label Cash Money Records, where he released his album today.

2000 Mack married 10 TLC singer Tionne "T- Boz " Watkins. They have a daughter, Chase Rolison ( * 20 October 2000). 2004 could be Tionne Watkins but again divorced.
