The community association Mansfeld basic Helbra was January 1, 2010 in the district of Mansfeld- South Harz in Saxony- Anhalt. The precursor of the municipality was the administrative community Mansfeld basic Helbra same member communities.

Coat of arms

The coat of arms was approved on 2 June 2010 by the county.

Blazon: " Argent, a blue left Schrägfluß, accompanied by top diagonally crossed black hammer and chisel down a green deciduous tree with black trunk. "

The colors of the municipality are green and white.

Flag

The flag is green - white ( 1:1) striped ( cross- shape: strips horizontally extending, longitudinal shape: strip running vertically ) and the center occupied by the municipality coat of arms.

Traffic

In Blankenheim, there is a hall - Kassel Railway Station. In Benndorf and Klostermansfeld Rail stations are the Mansfeld mining railway or on the railway line Klostermansfeld - Wippra.
