Manuel Pérez Treviño

Manuel Pérez Treviño ( born June 5, 1890 Municipio de Guerrero ( Coahuila ) [ wp 1], † April 29, 1945 in Nueva Rosita [ wp 2] ) was a Mexican military, politicians and ambassadors.

Life

His parents were Treviño de Candelaria Pérez and Jesús Rodríguez Pérez. He married Esther González. The elementary school he attended in Guerrero ( Coahuila ) and Piedras Negras. In the Ateneo Fuente [ wp 3] he graduated from high school and studied mechanical engineering in Mexico City. From 1913 he participated in the Mexican Revolution with one of Mayor Carlos Prieto and him in the railway workshops of Piedras Negras (Mexico) developed cannon.

With this he took part in the battles of Salinas, Victoria, Teran, Linares and Monterrey and shot in Victoria and Tampico. In the uprising of Pancho Villa, he was on the side of Venustiano Carranza.

In 1916 he scored in Villa Bravo as head of the artillery. In 1917, he was first an officer and later promoted to brigadier general. In 1920 he joined the insurgents of the Plan de Agua Prieta and was appointed by Álvaro Obregón, to his chief of staff.

On 4 March 1929 he founded the Partido Nacional Revolucionario the State of Querétaro, and sat down in front of her.

He stood as a candidate in the presidential elections 1928.

He stood as a candidate in the presidential election in 1934 as the candidate of Plutarco Elías Calles against Lázaro Cárdenas del Río as he backing, he joined the Foreign Service of Mexico.

He was military attaché in many South American countries.

In January 1939 he founded with Melchor Tortega and Joaquín Amaro, the Partido Revolutionario Anticomunista.
