The Marchington River is a right tributary of the English River in the Canadian province of Ontario.

The Marchington River has its origin in the Conant Lake. It flows through a series of lakes, including Staunton Lake, Grebe Lake, Kashaweogama Lake, Fairchild Lake, Farrington Lake, Schist Lake, Lake Kimmewin, Stranger Lake, Marchington Lake and Lake Botsford, in a predominantly westerly direction through the Canadian Shield.
