Marco Ruben

Marco Gastón Ruben Rodríguez ( born October 26, 1986 in Capitán Bermúdez ) is an Argentine football player.

Playing career

Argentina

Marco Ruben comes from the youth of Argentina's traditional club Rosario Central. In the years 2004 to 2006, he played first-class total in three seasons for the Argentines. Then the talented striker joined the Argentine top club River Plate. In 2007, Marco Ruben seven goals in 28 games for River.

Spain

In January 2008 Marco Ruben moved to Spain and signed a contract with Villarreal. Thereafter, he was loaned to Recreativo Huelva, because he should get accustomed to the Spanish football. His first goal he scored in the 1:7 defeat against RCD Mallorca.

Due to its attractive benefits of the loan contract, which ran just over six months originally was extended until summer 2009.
