Mario Maloča ( born May 4, 1989 in Zagreb) is a Croatian football player. Since 2008 he is under contract at Hajduk Split, where he is also team captain.

Career

Association

Maloča started his career in the youth department of the Croatian club Dinamo Zagreb. In 2007 he moved to Hajduk Split, having previously played for NK Zagreb, Inter Zaprešić and Kamen Ingrad. In the 2007/2008 season he made his debut in the Croatian League against HNK Šibenik. He developed immediately to regular players, and signed at the end of the season a five year contract. In January 2012, Maloča injured his knee and fell for the rest of the season.

National

Maloča went through the U-19 national teams at all the Croats. His debut in the senior team, he was on 15 August 2012 at the international match against Switzerland.
