Marshal of the Sejm

Marshal of the Sejm (Polish Marszalek Sejmu ) is the highest office in the Polish parliament, the Sejm. The Marshal of the Sejm passes as President of the Parliament, the work of the Sejm and watches over her worthy and legitimate operation. He is elected at the beginning of a legislature and a deputy must be even. The Marshal of the Sejm shall in the case of absence of the President or his death the office as Executive President, in the latter case up to the prescribed elections. Following this constitutional special status, the Marshal of the Sejm, the second digit after the President takes the precedence.
