Martin Wierstra

Martin Wierstra (* May 29, 1928 in Amsterdam, † October 23, 1985 ) was a Dutch racing cyclist.

Three times - 1957, 1960 and 1961 - was Martin Wierstra Dutch champion stayer race, 1962, he was again third. In the UCI Track World Championships 1960 in Karl- Marx-Stadt, he took second place in the amateur uprights, behind the leadership of pacemaker Felicien Van Ingelghem.

After his retirement from cycling in 1962 Wierstra worked as Dutch national coach of the uprights.
