Massiv in Mensch is a German Future-Pop/Techno-Projekt from Varel.

History

Solid was founded in 1993 by Daniel Logemann man and Mirco Easter Thun, at the time under a different project name. Even at times of published and self-distributed DJ Promo promoted the former radio ffn presenter Niemiecki Increased the band. The debut incriminating material ( 2000) appeared in Wire Productions, the successor albums all the Canadian label Artoffact Records, which in turn cooperated with the German label Endless Records and distribution Alive. All albums by Massiv in Mensch could be placed in the Bullets of the German Alternative Charts. Menschdefekt also rose in January 2005 at number 16 in the French alternative charts. With offensive shock and mullet the group scene hits enter. The 2006 released album Clubber Lang was their largest ever national success ( four weeks in the German Alternative Charts with the maximum placement on rank 6).

The band is now complemented by Marwin Voss, Tomas Appelhoffplatz, Jonathan Millat and Muck kemmereit.

The texts of Massiv in Mensch are often held in German language. In addition, one often detects a self-deprecating, humorous slope and a love of home town of Varel. After initially rather live regional presence, the band was already three times at the Wave -Gotik-Treffen in Leipzig ( 2000, 2005, 2012) and represented in 2000 on the Euro rock festival in Belgium. During the event, "Art Behind Bars " Solid played in person in the prison Oldenburg.

Numerous remixes for bands in the electronic scene are another hallmark of Massiv in Mensch. The list includes, inter alia, Ayria, Lights of Euphoria, TOY, psyche, contrast or Deine Lakaien side project Helium Vola. Also, collaborations with other bands and artists are to be found at Massiv in Mensch often.
