Mauricio Victorino

Mauricio Victorino ( born October 11, 1982 in Montevideo) is a football player from Uruguay.

Club career

He played for Plaza Colonia in 2004 (16 games, three goals) and from 2005 to mid-2006 at Nacional Montevideo ( 49 games, one goal). There was a station in Mexico for CD Veracruz ( mid-2006 to mid-2007 ). There, he played 28 games and scored three goals. Then he again played for Nacional. In the second phase at the Bolsos he should have taken at 45 inserts eight times. In August 2009, he joined CF Universidad de Chile. In the Chileans 37 league games and scored five goals for Victorino are listed. In February 2011, Victorino moved to Cruzeiro. There he completed so far (as of September 6, 2013) 43 League Appearances ( 24 in Serie A, 19 in the Mineiro 1) and scored two goals ( Mineiro 1). He also came eight times in the Copa Libertadores for the course. After he barely came because of injuries at Cruzeiro in 2013 for the course, he moved early in January 2014 within Brazil for one year on loan to Palmeiras São Paulo. However, his contract with Cruzeiro also ends after this loan.

National

Since 2006 he is also a member of the Uruguayan national team, as he made his debut on 27 September 2006 in a friendly against Venezuela. Soccer World Cup 2010 in South Africa, he was appointed to the array of Uruguay. He completed 21 caps for his country, a goal he did not achieve. His most recent application for Celeste dated 16 October 2012, when he was at the World Cup qualifier against Bolivia on the court. (Updated: August 22, 2013)
