Max Hopp

Max Hopp ( born August 20, 1996 Idstein ) is a German darts player. In public and in the media, he is also known as " Maximiser ". He is regarded as one of the largest Darttalente in Germany. His signature tune at Tournament appearances is Levels by Avicii.

Career

Max Hopp won the age of 13 his first major youth tournament and could quickly find themselves qualifying for larger and international tournaments. When WDF World Cup 2011 in Castlebar Hopp first drew attention to himself. With an outstanding performance, he reached the 2nd place respectively in singles and mixed doubles. In the WDF Youth Championship 2012 in Antwerp, he won his first European title.

In the PDC World Championship 2013 in London, which started on December 14, 2012, Hopp took part for the first time. Hopp qualified by winning the Central European Qualifier 2012 in Bielefeld. He was thus the second youngest darts player, who participated in a PDC World Championship. Here, he retired in the 1st round with 2:3 after the Englishman set against Denis Ovens from, after he had won his first round match against Charl Pietersen of South Africa 4-1 after Legs.
