Michael Feinstein
Michael Feinstein ( born September 7, 1956 in Columbus, Ohio) is an American singer, songwriter and pianist. Feinstein is best known for his repertoire of songs from the Great American Songbook.
Life
Feinstein was born in 1956, the son of Florence Mazie and Edward Feinstein. In his childhood he learned to play the piano and went with 20 years of his schooling in Ohio to Los Angeles, where he spent two years as a piano player in bars.
