Michael Harney
Michael J. Harney (* in Bronx, New York City, New York ) is an American actor.
Life and career
Michael J. Harney studied at The Neighborhood Playhouse School Of The Theatre. He gained fame with the recurring role of Mike Roberts in the television series NYPD Blue. There he was seen from 1993 to 1999 in a total of twelve episodes. After numerous other appearances in various television series, he was from 2005 to 2006 in twelve episodes of the series Deadwood as a guest. After a lengthy story arc in Vanished followed in 2007 an appearance in the film Ocean's 13, 2010, he was seen in seven of the 13 episodes of Persons Unknown. In the following two years he had the role of Mitch Ouellette in 13 episodes of Weeds - Kleine Deals inherent among neighbors. Since 2013 Harney has a major role in the web series Orange Is the New Black.
