Michael Schacht

Michael Schacht ( born 1964 in Wiesbaden ) is a German game designer, graphic designer and owner of the small publisher games from Timbuktu.

Life and work

Schacht studied graphic design at the Fachhochschule Darmstadt. Around 15 years, he worked as a graphic designer in various advertising agencies, there rose to the Art Director. Only in 2005, eleven years after his first commercially marketed game, he returned the industry to back and has since been one of the few full-time game developers in Germany, who can make a living. He is married and currently lives (2007) in Frankfurt am Main.
