Michael Venus (tennis)
Michael Venus ( born October 16, 1987 in Auckland ) is a New Zealand tennis player.
Career
Michael Venus plays mainly on the ATP Challenger Tour and the ITF Futures Tour. He has so far three singles and celebrate eleven double victories on the Future Tour. On the Challenger Tour now won until the double tournaments of Winnetka and Binghamton. July 15, 2013, for the first time broke the top 200 in the world rankings in a double and his highest finish was a 96th place in January 2014.
Michael Venus plays since 2010 for the New Zealand Davis Cup team. For this he competed in seven matches, in which he has a have a balance of 3:4 and 0:5 in a double of the individual.
