Michel D'Hooghe

Michel D' Hooghe ( born December 8, 1945 in Bruges ) is a Belgian physician and international football official.

From 1987 to 2001 he was president of the Belgian Football Association. Since 1988 he is a member of the FIFA Executive Committee .. At the same time he was Chairman of the Medical Commissions in the FIFA and UEFA. From March 2003 to March 2009 he was president of FC Bruges.
