Positions

The general public, he was known for his theories about a possible Islamization of France. According to theses Gurfinkiels the French nation-state would have survived as an idea. Rather, the diversity of the population and their religions would lead to a balkanization of the country. France would be comparable in a few decades to the present-day Lebanon. The traditional French separation of religion and state would be also softened by the policy.
