Mid Murray Council

Mid Murray located about 60 km east of the city of Adelaide along the Murray River. The area includes 128 districts and towns. The administrative headquarters of the council is in Mannum on the Murray in the south of the LGA.

Management

The Council of Mid Murray has eleven members, ten Councillor elected by the residents of the five wards (three from Randall Ward, two each from North River, South River and Sturt Ward and one from Reedy Creek Ward). These five districts are set independently of the villages. The Council President and Mayor ( Mayor ) is also elected by all residents of the LGA.
