Milan Biševac

Milan Biševac ( born August 31, 1983 in Titova Mitrovica, SFR Yugoslavia) is a Serbian football player who is since the summer of 2012 at Olympique Lyon under contract and plays for the Serbian national team.

Career

Biševac began his professional career in 2001 with FK BASK, where he was able to establish itself as a regular player until 2003 and played a total of 52 league games there. In 2003 and 2004 he played each for half a year at FK Bežanija and FK Železnik. 2004 then he moved to the Serbian top club FK Red Star Belgrade, who paid 500,000 euros for Biševac. So far he was able to prevail as a regular at all club stations, so even with Red Star. He remained there until 2007, then he moved for 1.2 million euros in the French Ligue 1 for RC Lens. He played his first game on February 3, 2007 compared to FC Valenciennes.

For this switched to the 2008/2009 season for 3 million euros and has signed a four year contract. His first goal for his new club, he scored 26 September 2009 in a 3-2 home win against Olympique Marseille.

In July 2011, he signed with league rivals Paris St Germain a three-year contract.

In August 2012, he moved to Olympique Lyon.

National

He won the U -21 silver medal at the U -21 Football Championship in Germany in 2004. He was also in the squad for the Olympic Summer Games 2004 in Athens, where they finished fourth in Group C behind the eventual winners Argentina, Australia and Tunisia. In the U -21, he completed nine games.

His international debut in the senior team, he announced on August 16, 2007 in a friendly against the Czech Republic. After two more international games, he finished his career there in 2008.
