Ministry of Economic Development (Italy)

The Ministry of Economic Development ( Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico it., or " mise " ) is one of the ministries of the Italian Government. It has its headquarters in the Palazzo Piacentini in the Via Veneto in Rome. Acting Minister 's Federica Guidi.

Tasks

The " Ministry of Economic Development " was formerly among other things, the "Ministry of Industry and Trade ." It was and is the Ministry of Economy of Italy. Organization

The political leadership consists of the ministers and secretaries of state from two to four. The latter are in Italy No officials but politicians. History

The history of the Ministry goes back to the Kingdom of Piedmont-Sardinia, from which in 1861 the Kingdom of Italy was born.

On December 7, 1847, the new Secretary of State for Public Works, Agriculture and Commerce was set up in Turin. In the train of the revolution of 1848 and the imposed Constitution Charles Albert ( Statuto Albertino ) the Secretaries of State were renamed ministries. On this occasion they told the Secretary of State for Public Works, Agriculture and Commerce in August 1848 in the Ministry of Public Works and the Ministry of Agriculture and Commerce. The latter was beaten 1850 and the Department of the Navy, to the Ministry of Marine, agriculture and trade in 1852 was dissolved. In the train of the unification of Italy under the House of Savoy was born on 5 July 1860, Ministry of Agriculture, Industry and Trade. These ministries were in 1923 under Benito Mussolini in the new " Ministry of National Economy ", which was, however, in 1929 disbanded.
