Minuscule 118

Minuscule 118 (in the Gregory -Aland numbering, ε 346 von Soden ), is a Greek Minuskelmanuskript of the New Testament on parchment leaves. Using palaeography, it has been dated to the 13th century.

Description

The Code contains the complete text of the four Gospels on 256 parchment leaves ( 20.5 × 14.8 cm). Some lyrics were damaged and supplemented by later editors (Matthew 1:1-6:2, Luke 13:15 to 14:20, 18:8-19:9, John 16:25 to the end ). It contains the Ammonischen organizations, the Eusebischen canon, Synaxaria, Menologion and some of the Psalms on paper.

He is currently being held in the Bodleian Library ( Auct. D. inf. 2.17) in Oxford.

It was put together very carefully by Griesbach.
