Minuscule 67

Minuscule 67 ( in the Gregory- Aland numbering ), ε 150 ( von Soden ), is a Greek Minuskelhandschrift of the New Testament on 202 parchment leaves ( 23.5 × 18 cm). Using palaeography was dated the manuscript to the 10th century. The manuscript is not complete.

Description

The Code contains the text of the four Gospels with a large gap (John 6.65 to 21.25 ). It was written two columns with 20 lines. It contains Eusebische tables, lists of κεφαλαια, κεφαλαια, τιτλοι, Ammonianische sections ( Matt. 355, Mark 235, Luke 342) Eusebischen canon, Liturgical read pieces, and signatures.

The Greek text of the codex is mixed. Aland placed it in any category.

History

Robert Huntington, Anglican Bishop of Raphoe († 1701), brought this manuscript from the East. The Code has been studied by John Mill.

The Code is currently in the Bodleian Library ( Auct. E. 5, 11) in Oxford.
