Miranda Lee Richards

Miranda Lee Richards ( born April 4, 1975 in San Francisco) is an American singer- songwriter.

Life

Miranda Lee Richards was born as the daughter of cartoonist Ted and Terese Richards and grew up in a relatively unconventional artistic milieu. Her childhood and youth in San Francisco have been significantly influenced by the underground comic scene, and the famous comic artist Robert Crumb was her de facto godfather. His first musical experiences were Lee Richards in school bands at McAteer High School of the Arts. After graduating, she initially decided to pursue a professional modeling career.

After a stay in Paris Lee Richards returned to her hometown and began studying at the San Francisco City College. During the study period, she met through a friend guitarist Kirk Hammett of Metallica know who gave her contacts with the music industry and was a bit of guitar lessons.
