Mohamed Ikoki Msandeki

Mohamed Ikoki Msandeki (born 3 December 1985) is a Tanzanian marathon runner.

In 2006, he was twelfth at the Amsterdam Marathon. The following year he was third in Muscat Half Marathon, he won the Groningen- marathon and finished eighth at the Istanbul Marathon.

In 2008 he won the Luxembourg - marathon and finished sixth at the Milan City Marathon. In 2009 he won the Buenos Aires Marathon, 2010 at the Gutenberg Marathon. In autumn 2010, followed by a ninth place at the Chuncheon Marathon.

In 2012, he was second at the Gutenberg Marathon and sixth at the Guangzhou Marathon. He was subsequently nominated for the marathon of the World Athletics Championships 2013 in Moscow, in which he broke in on rank 38.
