Montaigu-le-Blin
Montaigu- le -Blin is a French municipality with 309 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Allier in the Auvergne region. It belongs to the district Vichy and the canton of Varennes -sur -Allier.
Geography
The municipality covers 12.96 square kilometers and more than twelve kilometers northeast of Lapalisse and about 20 kilometers north of Vichy.
History
A first mention is found in the 10th century as Monte Acuto.
