Morten Bisgaard

Morten Bisgaard ( born June 25, 1974 in Randers, Denmark ) is a former Danish football player. Between 1996 and 2000, he played eight games for the Danish national football team and scored one goal. At club level he was, inter alia, active for Odense BK, Udinese Calcio and FC Copenhagen and Derby County.

Career

Odense BK

Morten Bisgaard started his professional career at the age of 18 years in 1992 in the Danish first division club Odense BK. After he was initially loaned to unterklassige clubs, he managed in the season 1993/94 the breakthrough in Odense. In the UEFA Cup 1994/95 Bisgaard reached with his club after victories against FC Flora Tallinn, Linfield FC and 1.FC Kaiserslautern the knockout stage and met the Spanish side Real Madrid.
