Mount Masaraga

The Masaraga is a 1328 meter high extinct stratovolcano on the belonging to the island of Luzon Bicol Peninsula. It is located approximately 11.6 km to the northwest from the Mayon in Albay province. To the northeast of Mount Malinao is in approx. 11,4 km distance. The nearest major town is Legazpi City is 24 km away.

The mountain has the characteristic of a stratovolcano symmetrical structure. An outbreak of Masaraga is not known, it is classified as an active volcano in the Holocene.
