Murat Ocak

Murat Ocak ( born January 1, 1982 in Bafra ) is a Turkish football player.

Playing career

Association

Ocak began with the club football in the youth of Samsun Yolspor and later played in the youth of Samsunspor. In 2001 he joined first as an amateur at that third division Carsambaspor. Here he established himself at once as a regular player, so he was given a professional contract after one year.

In 2003, Ocak within the league to Çorumspor and played the next two seasons for this club. In summer 2005, he signed on to the second division Istanbul Büyükşehir Belediyespor. Here he was able to immediately jump into the starting eleven. In summer 2008, Trabzonspor took Manisaspor midfielder Selçuk Inan and issued as consideration for the transfer fee nor Ocak. This refused to agree to this change and so forced his move to the second division Çaykur Rizespor. For Rizespor he played for two seasons.

After his contract expired in the summer of 2010 Rizespor and no longer was extended, Ocak hired within the league at Karşıyaka SK. For Karşıyaka he played only one season and went for the next season to city rival, the second division relegated Altay Izmir.

For Altay he only played the first round and moved to the second round for the second division Giresunspor. With Giresunspor Ocak failed end of the season to avoid relegation. Although Ocak still possessed with a one year contract, he solved by mutual agreement on his contract and left Giresunspor.

Since the beginning of the season 2012/13 Ocak is without a club.

National

Ocak was in the context of a longer international game camps in the summer of 2006 by the then national coach Fatih Terim as an unknown second division player in the squad of the Turkish national team. During this camp Ocak completed three internationals. Since Ocak later no longer convinced in his clubs, he received no other countries play nominations.
