The Murrayfield Ice Rink is an ice hockey stadium in Edinburgh, Scotland.

History

The Murrayfield Ice Rink was opened in 1952. Originally it served as the home ground of the professional ice hockey team Murrayfield Racers from the British Hockey League, which was just like the league disbanded in 1996. Since 1998, the Edinburgh Capitals to come out of the Elite Ice Hockey League at Murrayfield Ice Rink.

In addition to an ice rink for ice hockey and figure skating, there is an ice rink for curling competitions.
