Narrabri Shire

Narrabri is located in the north of the state in the Northern region about 545 km north of the city of Sydney and 580 km south-west of Brisbane. The area includes 73 districts and towns, including Baan Baa, Cuttabri, Edgeroi, Gwabegar, Narrabri, Narrabri West, Wee Waa and parts of Boggabri, Pilliga and Bellata. The seat of the Shire Council is located in the town of Narrabri in the east of the LGA, where about 6,100 inhabitants.

Management

The Narrabri Shire Council has twelve members who are elected by the residents of the LGA. Narrabri is not divided into districts. From the circle of Councillor also the Mayor ( Mayor ) of the Council recruited.
