Natacha Rigobert

Natacha Rigobert ( born October 7, 1980 in Curepipe ) is a Mauritian beach volleyball player.

Career

Rigobert came at the age of twenty years from Mauritius to France to study at the University of Nice. She played as indoor volleyball player at Racing Club de Villebon 91st 1997, she participated in the Club World Cup for Juniors in Poland part. As Rigobert 2008 spent their holidays at home, reported the Volleyballerin Marjorie Nadal to play her about an offer with Elodie Li Yuk Lo beach volleyball. Thereupon Rigobert and Li Yuk Lo met in France and agreed to compete in the future as a duo in the sand. Your first international appearance they had in the same year at the Kristiansand Open. In 2009 she completed her first Grand Slam in Klagenfurt, playing at the Open tournament in Stare Jabłonki. After a few more tournaments in 2010 they performed in 2011 at the World Championships in Rome, where they succeeded, however, no set win. 2012, she played five Grand Slams. In the CAVB Continental Cup they qualified for the Olympic Games in London. There, they met in the preliminary round, among other things, the German participants Katrin Holt and Ilka Semmler Wick.
