New York Bluefins

The New York Bluefins were an American ice hockey team from Cortland, New York. The team played from 2010 to 2013 in the Federal Hockey League.

History

The franchise was founded in the spring of 2010 under the name Broome County Barons as one of the six founding members of the Federal Hockey League, in which they participated from the season 2010/ 11 on the game mode. Their home games carried the Broome County Barons first in the 1,200 -seat Chenango Ice Rink in Chenango, New York.
